Day 9: hope and faith as denial of responsibility

faith and hope are basically thinking that some force external to you can fix things for us on a individual and on a collective level. This is bullshit.

What is remaining when we give up all hope and faith?

Absolute responsibility.

With that new understanding came the comprehension that praying is basically dening our self-responsibility.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not take 100% responsibility for everything in my life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that faith and hope are a way to escape responsibility 

I commit myself to give up all hope and faith
