Day 18 : are we all possess ?

When we think about the word possess, we all have the classic image of a young girl that is possess by the devil.

When we look at the outside appearance that is pretty scary. It's in fact pretty scary that an entity could take a control of our physical body and control our life.

Fuck ! that's exactly what my mind is doing !

Before we continue, let define possess.

There's few definition, but here's the one I am looking for

 

(of a demon or spirit, especially an evil one) have complete power over (someone) and be manifested through their speech or actions.

"she was possessed by the Devil"

synonyms:

take control of, have power over, take over, have mastery over, cast a spell over,

 

That is fascinating, we are all fucking possess. We all have a voice in our head that speak all day long ( call thinking) that judge, criticize, and tag everything around us. That thinking direct what we say and do. It does seem that I have any kind of control of that thinking. It's almost like if it was an entity.

 

Is it me ? I don't think so. Therefore, my mind have possess me. 

 

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to realize that I am possess by my mind.

 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that if I want to become a directive force into my life, I need to deconstruct the mind layer by layer trough consistent application of  a proven process.  

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that since we are all possess, real interaction between human being are very rare. It's more 2 mind interacting with each other.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that this entity ( thought/emotion/feeling) is not who I am. 

I commit myself to work consistently to deconstruct my mind.
