Day 48: Exposing the parasitic mind

A parasite need his host To feed themselves
The host doesn't need the parasite!
How could we have come to think that we need the mind to operate in this world ?
The mind is a smart parasite, he know that if he can convince his host that he is that mind, he will not attack what he believe to be himself
how could such an abuse have been tolerated for so long?
It’s only through secrecy that the mind can control his host.
If we would really be aware, we wouldn’t tolerate that.
Who would deliberately tolerate a parasite that suck the life out of his body?

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that getting rid of the parasitic mind is a long process that need to be walk in reverse

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself for looking for the quick fix to get rid of the mind without considering how reality work

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that if let my parasitic mind controlling me and if I allow myself to think that I am my mind, I therefore become a parasite for all life on this planet
